Totally agree! 100% BS to suggest ANY of these exercises (or any exercise for that matter) will "loose belly fat". It's a title to generate traffic and earn money. Body fat reduction is is predominantly about nutrition. (Appropriate) Exercise strengthen and condition muscle, leading to increased metabolism and if in calorie deficit (while nutritionally catered for), body fat reduction will be the result.
