Full Body Mini RESISTANCE BAND Workout

Today's full body mini resistance band workout will target all the major muscle groups giving you a total body workout with just one mini band! We will start things off with some lower body exercises, then move into upper body and then finish things off with some ab exercises utilizing that exercise band throughout. Let's do it!!

Heather, I loved this workout. During the workout I was able to do it with the heavy resistance band. The next day my gluteus was super sore. Love it! I will love to see more workout like this, specially for abs and legs
