When doing upper body exercises, for most of them I do seated, inclined, or declined bc it puts ALL of my energy and ficus in the upper body muscles in using instead of on my legs or glutes

These are the best dumbbell exercises? Lol. Perhaps if you are a complete beginner. ANYthing works in that case. This mediocre presenter just does not give up. The same exercises are recycled again and again in the videos. As for effectiveness…. let's not even go there. Her tips are actually making me laugh out loud.
