I know this video is old af but I started using it like 8 months ago to get back into working out after i had to move away from my homestate and had to drop my kickboxing class. This was just enough to build my tolerance back since i hadnt been working out for a long while. Eventually i started using it for my warmup in general since it was full body and just so easy to keep up with and brought up a sweat so quickly. But then, i got an injury in my left knee… This doesn't sound like that big of a deal, but i couldnt do hardly anything. i couldn't do squats or lunges, not even jumping jacks or russian twists. anything dealing with my legs were out of the question. once again i was out of commission for another 2 or 3 months while i recovered. i wasnt able to afford physical therapy so it hasnt recovered entirely but, when i was able to walk without a problem, i started using this video again. little by little, by using the adaptations, you somehow made a workout more knee friendly than 80% of all full body workouts that are labeled knee friendly on youtube. i was able to get back in shape thanks to this video, not once but TWICE. To this day, when my knee acts up, i still use this video as my warmup and sometimes as my whole workout. It keeps me active and the words of encouragement are more helpful than I ever thought theyd be. Thank you so much for putting this out there and still putting out this much energy every time you make a video. It helps more than you could ever know :,)
