I agree that it was relatively easier than other HIIT workouts but I wont deny that it did leave me drenched. Overall, it was good.

When I watched it sitting on a couch I though "oh, this looks like a beginner's workout" but after doing it, I feel my whole body perfectly and I'm all wet so it's definitely effective and satisfying, not a killer though. I loved it <3
