Lunch: three ounces lean turkey breast, 2 items entire wheat bread, 1 slice low fats cheese, 1 tsp. low-fats mayo, 1 medium apple
PM Snack: 2 slices 7 grain rye bread, four tsp jelly, 2 T peanut butter
Dinner: four ounce hen breast, 1 ½ cup cooked rice, four T decreased calorie salad dressing, 1 small backyard salad.
