Want an Intense Leg and Butt workout then give this a try! See how many times you can do it.
Do close stance jumping squats till you reach epic failure (keep track of how many you did and increase each time).
Then catch your breath and do 8-10 reps of barbell squats.
Then rest a couple minutes and do wide jumping squats till you reach epic failure.
Then catch your breath and do 10-12 wide barbell jumping squats.

If you can do this workout once thats good, twice great, 3x you're a super star, 4x or more you're a super human:).
