This is brilliant for me, I struggle to keep up excersises and 7 mins is nothing. I lost 3 ins off my hips and waist. I’m keeping it up for my holiday. I just ate sensible, nothing too drastic and had a treat now and then.

I've gotten to a place where I am just really unhealthy. My eating habits are terrible and my exercise life is nonexistent. It's pretty sad honestly and my self esteem has definitely been damaged by it. I actually made a new years resolution to just develop a healthy life style. I've lost 22lbs so far but have a ways to go. I'm 5ft 4 and used to weigh 220 now I weigh 198. Getting out of the 200's was a huge accomplishment for me. It made me feel almost.. Victorious. My one problem is diet. Idk what to make or even where to start. I'm an excellent cook, but all I cook is unhealthy stuff. Any ideas for quick healthy recipes? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for this video. Time to take control again of my own life.
I just did day one. Will be doing this all week and will come back with updated results. Current waistline on 5/16/18 is 39 1/4 inches
